Methodist Children’s Home Society is always looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have a passion for working with and helping children.  If you feel you have the experience, motivation, and dedication to become a member of our agency you can apply online by reviewing the currently open positions listed below and filling out the online application.  This online application will allow you to upload your resume for the position you are applying.

Hiring Process

Once you submit your online application for one of the positions listed below you will receive an automated response confirming that your application has been received.  If there is a match between your skills and what we are looking for, you should be contacted within thirty (30) days.  The interview/screening process may include, but is not limited to:

·         Telephone interview/prescreening

·         On-site interviews

·         Skills testing

·         Reference checks

·         Background checks; including verification of pervious employment, criminal record checks, and a driving history check

Although not required at the time of your initial application, your social security number would be required for background check purposes.  All offers of employment are contingent upon verification of your authorization to work in the United States through the completion of the Citizenship and Immigration Service (CIS) Form I-9.

The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the position requirements and the hiring manager’s schedule.  All applications are kept on file for a period of one year for future consideration.
